Im thinking about getting some new glasses, and would like to get some rimless ones, with my usual thin and light lenses i normally have. Has anyone got these sort of glasses with the thin and light lenses?.

Im in two minds about getting full rimless glasses as ive been told by one optician that with rimless glasses it's harder to hide the thickness of your lenses. But another optician has told me that there wouldnt be much difference in thickness compared to my semi rimless ones ive got at the moment. Without buying the glasses it's difficult to know what they will look like with my prescription in them.

How about getting the lens out of an old pair to see the thickness then?

i wear rimless specs......have done for a while.....and my normal lenses are thick as i'm long sighted.....but i get the ultra thin and they are fine....E xx
