It's purely down to making it on to page 1 of hot pics once. After that it should be pretty easy to get there again. I'll test this theory an upload a new picture now 17:39. I only have 11 friends, I don't put any status' up asking for likes, I don't go on cam. I can only see page 1 so if any site supporters can see if it gets to the later pages.

Be a single women or a Tv/Ts post an average pic, the site moderators will do the rest and spike the fabs to get you to page one to attract new members into signing up of course, its advertising 101.
