Namely 55 or older .. having a n alcoholic drink per day can reduce the risk of heart disease..

. stay healthy ladies have a glass

I've used the formula

Number of guys / number of meets x threads complaining of no meets by guys/ number of threads complaining about single guys...= 1 meet per 10years

I won't feel bad for having a glass of pinot grigio each evening now although I count my daily fast walk of 30 minutes as doing more good for my heart as well as my joints.
