I was at the pub and got a message from a girl saying "Fab says your under half a mile away, I'm drinking in ..... , send me a pic ..." . turned out we were in the same pub. Thanks fab

Don't you just hate it when this happens, all is going well via convo then it all gets weird and a bit poisonous. A guy once went crazy on us for not taking down a meet add whilst we spoke to him. Just one of many reasons we won't meet locals.

Good to know it's worked for someone

Although to be honest a little wary of using it ourselves as not too sure we'd want to meet up with anyone *too* local in case of awkwardness whilst shopping in Tesco or similar if things didn't work out. That said, never say never
