Kids are away, we could go away Sunday night for some kind of city break. Should we go to Bristol as we have in the past of go somewhere else? Within a couple of hours of "Salsvegas" as usual...

Watch the traffic, took me over 4 hours to get back to West Devon from Gloucestershire, so if you come South-West its a fecking nightmare...

...I hate tourists! ((in a nice amiable way; I just want a "Webbed-Feet and Third Nipple Only" lane on the motorway for all us returning Devonites....

Anyway, strike or no, its Allen to Calais then B for Belgium.

Ok here is my serious answer. If its the city your more interested in than the hotel. Look up a hotel that mostly cater for business people and ring them and see what deal they can give you. Sundays is the night they cant sell the rooms and you can get them really really cheap.
