ok....as if I don't see enough on here to make my stomach churn...my friend has posted pictures on fb of her recent new addition....(no, that's not the stomach churning stuff), wedged inbetween the usual 'coo' pictures are pictures of the babies dried out umbilical cord and pictures of the 'drying out the placenta' process.

chopped up placenta carefully dissected into equal sized chunks and placed on a baking tray (never will i go for sunday lunch there again) cooked then powdered and put into phials for consumption.

boots have tons of offers on all the time for vitamins and iron tablets...surely this is out-dated and unnecessary?

and...why share it with the public?!
