"Not all olives are the same! Just like grapes, there are different varieties and depending on how they are marinated will depend on there flavour. I prefer black olives from Portugal that have been infused with olive oil, garlic and orange jest, with chopped coriander. ![]() ![]() ![]() Sounds ace | |||

"There used to be a make of green olives stuffed with sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, very tasty! Using the oil afterwards added extra flavour to a dish too." I like that too. Make great for boosting dressings | |||

I like all sorts but the big kalamata ones are a snack fave. Or big Queen olives in harissa paste." Harissa mmm Leeks & celery can compensate for lack of onions.. | |||
