Has all the Trouble with the migrants and "the jungle" etc etc finished now? Or is there a news black out until after the referendum?

It's veg-picking season in East Anglia now, so there are no 'migrants' anymore, just 'vital labour'

They were picking cabbages the other day on Channel 4 news, while the farmer was moaning about labour costs and threatening to move all his production to Romania.

Apparently, since half their population moved here, the price of farms there has plummeted.

Oh, and there was a woman with a strange pair of onions, talking about summat.

No idea, I was distracted by an onion that was massive for a spring onion, but tiny, and too green for a normal onion.

Probably some 'Islington set' fad

{shrugs}

its become tedious and the threads on it in here have mirrored that to some degree..

the closer it get's the nastier and more stupidly banal the point scoring rhetoric also becomes..

None of it matters to me and honestly none of it matters to most people.

Somebody will be along shortly to tell me my life will be shit/great either way anytime soon...
