BoJo says that the great British tradition of goldfish breeding will continue and, in fact, be stronger than ever due to less dilution of goldfish DNA from European imports.

Cameron responds by pointing to the benefits of centuries of cross-trade to the make up of today's goldfish.

Confused.

Obama came over and told everyone that they won't get a sweetheart deal with the American goldfish industry. But his father is Kenyan so his opinion on the goldfish industry is obsolete.

I think the goldfish industry in the UK is still one of best in the EU and 75% of the fairs across the EU use UK goldfish, most because some win in fairground can live up to a week where as the German or French Goldfish are lucky to live a day.

Can you see fairgrounds going elsewhere for them, no.

We have the EU countries by the Goldfish balls

There's something a bit fishy about this thread, to say that goldfish breeding would be affected by our position in the EU is a load of pollock s

The trOUT campaigns figures are all over the plaice, and for those who are confused by it all, there isn't a single ray of light.

I think we should be able to question Nicola sturgeon on her stance.

All you hear is one or the other side carping on like a sprat, when they should be making things clearer.

My cod, it's not hard to ask a few well known public figures to help cut through the myths, Alex salmon, Michael fish, in fact anyone who haddock clue, I'm sure it would help tip the scales, because ask the man in the street which way eel be voting and he won't have a clue.

We take our borders back, says BoJo. A points system to enable only worthwhile goldfish to enter.

We can't trade with the EU without accepting freedom of movement of goldfishes, says Cameron.

It's all so very confusing.
