Sorry to hear that fella, that's tragic and must have been a huge shock for his family and friends. Thoughts with you all.

I'm really sorry for your loss. Have you talked to family and friends? Maybe talking with someone else who also knew her can cheer you up. I found that helpful when my father died. No matter what you do, I hope you feel better soon.

My sister was murdered several years ago. Grief is never easy no matter who it is. If it's someone you loved dearly then alsorts of emotions are going to be running through your body. Have a word with your doctor and ask them to refer you to a bereavement councillor..

Hope you get the help n support you need to get you through this sad time honey x

My sister was as good as murdered nearly 14 years ago. I now know I'll never be over it but I've learnt to deal with it. My best friend and closest ally hung herself 8 weeks ago it's tough but I know I'll learn how to deal with that to and so will you my friend you just can't see it yet. Good luck
