That's what you were supposed to ask the surgeon when he said "any questions?"

Not sure why you're eating soap though

Ice cream, rest, and plenty of pillows to keep your head elevated.

Strenuous activity, such as wanking, should be avoided, but since you're asking on here, I'm probably too late...

I've only just worked out that's 'soup'

I think you're meant to avoid hot drinks for 24 hrs too.

When my daughter had hers out she was also told yogurt as it helps heal. Also sugested she ate custard.

Make sure you take the painkillers as told to. And the antibiotics if they gave you them aswell

What one did you have out?

I had a top one out recently as was told no drink for 2hrs. After that 2hrs went I ate and drank and was fine. Was only a ache there once anaesthetic wore off, which ibroufen and paracetamol sorted

Surgeon? My dentist pulled 3 of mine out at the same time. I took painkillers and rinsed my mouth out with salty water. I was picking bits of broken tooth out of one hole for a couple of days after.

You can't....ever.

If you have had your wisdom teeth out then you now have no wisdom...you are officially now very stupid and will get nowhere ever again!

Lol.....only joking... Not something I've gone through but daughter did a few years back....not pleasant. Get well soon!

Btw, a dentist is a fully qualified medical professional. Yours may have just been incompetent.

I remember having mine out, they took the two left hand side ones out together, was sore late that day but when I woke up the next morning I felt like somebody had smacked me in the mouth with a base ball bat, it had bruised and swollen that much too it looked like somebody had

Bottom right side, only the one which they knocked me out for.

They had to cut into my gum to take out the whole tooth which needed stitches.

Doing the whole salt water thing and still on soft foods. Might stay on soft foods till Friday but can't wait to start working out again

Don't eat or drink really hot things it will hurt. Try and avoid things that can get stuck in the whole.

Bonjela, if it's too sore to apply directly make into a solution with warm water and use as mouthwash. Best used in conjunction with salt water mouthwash's.
