As we have gotten on over the years plus the fact we have never done gyms we do a lot of walking we now do anywhere from 8 t 12 mile a day we find it easy to do and have a great laugh along the way just though we would share this with yous xxx by the way not much comes off ya belly lol

good work fella - certainly a cheaper alternative to the gym. As long as the heart rate rises and you get a sweat up its all good cardio. The belly thing? All about diet I'm afraid - I know this as I'm struggling to lose mine!
