"Hi im always nervous when i go on holiday, ive travelled all over the world but now have a fear of flying. Not sure if that is your problem I go to my doctor 2 amatryptaline. "Happens to me every now and again in big crowds or train journeys. I try and have a 'fuck it' attitude and say to myself that no one's bothered about me or looking at me so just get on with whatever you're doing. Deep breathes help and so does keeping an eye on your heart rate. I play a game every now and again to see if i can bring it down. ![]() thank you i no that i have to try and occupy my mind in other ways its just not easy doing that though | |||

You get better at it the more you have practice. The other thing I do when i get anxiety outdoors is to just go with it and ride it out until it goes away and the nerves start to settle again. | |||

Take slow breaths and look around Find 5 things you can see 4 things you can touch 3 things you can hear 2 things you can smell 1 thing you can taste Keep the breathing slow and steady, concentrate on getting it rhythmic | |||
