I have no idea how it specifically came to be 'lime', but it always has

You could always make up one outdoors with some straw bales and a bit roll of plastic sheeting!

Yes, but there's a complicated graph where on the one hand bigger equals more fun, while on the other is the expense and practicalities of increasing amounts of jelly.

Might be less social and more sexual.

Promote it as Rhassoul (don't know correct spelling) mud skin treatment with massage to pull tons of women in. Summertime outdoors could be great. Repurpose a dogging spot even, if neighbours possibly intrusive.
