How many of you fabbed have taken part or take part in any OCR's?

I have my first one on Saturday the Spartan Super. Anyone doing it or any others?

This year is my year of the half marathon....next year will be my year of the OCR!!!

been looking at training programmes as I'm OK with the running. It's the upper body stuff to get me over the obstacles....Oh, and the fact that I don't particularly like running on mud
