As you haven't paid for membership, you could just delete the one you have and set up a new profile; I am sure your verification won't mind reverifying you (as it states they met you in a couple).

Or you could ask admin

I don't understand, your veri from Thursday implies you already have a couples profile. Or was it the other guy who had two profiles?

Either way, being verified as a single male means you'll need to open a new profile.

We've set one up but fab says it needs to be verified so we put photo up but they still haven't verified it

Photo verification is done by admin only, so it can sometimes take up to 48 hours, especially as it's the weekend.

"You need patience"

If you are a single female, admin change you if you mention you meet with your partner, but they don't seem to do this if you are a single male ..... I dont think you have to get a new one, especially if you have a verification which says you are a couple, but nest to contact admit directly

No I didn't mean I don't believe what you are saying but the whole thing is quite confusing with his original question his profile and his one veri. I just thought it might be better sorted by admin.

Should be possible OP i have seen many single female profiles changed into a couples profile so try message admin see what they say, if no we'll all just report your profile so they have to change it lol

I suspect because in a couple, it is rarely the man who is fake, so if the woman is verified, and says she has a new man, admin are a bit more laid back about it.

But I'm speculating now.

For anything to do with profile changes you need to contact Admin directly.

If you mean you you cant get verified on your other account because your verification pic has been rejected then check the instructions on the page and re-submit.

If you mean it just hasnt been approved or rejected yet then youll just have to be patient and theyll get round to it when they can
