hi I had l5s1 fusion surgery last year was a major op still not fully recovered and still in tons of pain when bending and sitting up straight etc now I have to go around the houses again seeing specialists and discussing where to go from here.

most of the GPS say another op is not a good option but nothing else has worked like acupuncture physiotherapy various daily exercises.

would love to know if anyone has the same problems.also my left side is always numb and my disc was completely worn away so I had a plate screwed in since the bone was rubbing on bone thanks

I had new discs put in my spine about 6 weeks ago

Numbness in my arms has gone but my left shoulder hurts

I spoke to the surgeon who said I'll be in pain for another 3 months

I know how you feel mate not nice being in pain even when it comes to the lady's lol

it's the next day for me stiff as a board need a good pulling on me arms and legs lol you should wear a neck brace like avid merron
