I used to be curvy an a size 16

Last year. Since being diagnosed with gall stones im now a size 10..what a difference a year makes

I loved being curvy an now im 7 stone 9lbs, as i had to cut out fat in my diet

Anyone else changed body shape

Have u changed your diet etc

Ive had to change my diet dramatically

i cant eat chips, pizzas, cheese, i miss those things. An since my gall stones diagnosis ive had to cut fat out on my diet an ive slimmed down an lost over 2 stone. I miss being curvy

i used to be a big kid in school but that was years ago now i look the way i do,i have a crap diet but do fitness everyday pretty much

Yeah i actually eat now lol.

I tend to cook most of my food too now. Eat waaaaaay more than i used to and actualy do some exercise.

But i put the weight back on so fast along with ecercise/gym that i do have strech marks everywhere.

Not the dew on the tummy wimen moan about but arms, thighs, shoukders chest thighs even calfs.

I used to be 8st 7 and slim with no boobs and a fat arse..then i had kids, grew boobs gained weight, grew a belly, got stretch marks and an even fatter arse. It doesn't make a huge amount of difference to me really. I'm still awesome...just in a different way

I used to be much, much bigger.

Now I tend to yo-yo, up and down a size or 2 depending on how good my willpower and motivation is.

I was stick thin as a child,voluptuous and curvy as a teenager,stick thin again,with no boobs, from 21 until,at the age of 34 I got ill and went from a size 10 to a size 22 in under a year. My shape changed drastically and now I'm apple shaped with a hanging stomach and pendulous boobs. My arse is rather large too.

I was stick thin (could literally eat and drink for England without a slight change in weight) till I got a less active job in an office, then the weight piled on. Got it under control now with a few changes like walks at dinner and cycling a few times a week but there's no chance I'll ever get to how I previously was.

My weigh fluctuates loads. I'm currently on my way back down and determined to stay that way.

I look awful with weight on, as I don't have a curvy figure, so no matter what I do my boobs are always smaller than my belly. So I've decided I'd rather work towards a flat stomach and zero boobs rather than looking flat chested and pregnant with a double chin.

Maybe boob job one day.

OP you have a lovely figure, enjoy it!

I found it so hard to stick to the diet after being diagnosed with gallstones. I found marshmallow fluff a God send as I have a sweet tooth and it's fat free. Was fortunate to have them out quickly and it was in a bad way apparently really infected and horrible. Having it removed was the best thing ever!

Losing weight quickly can make symptoms worse aswell which is hard to avoid

Since having it removed I'm losing weight with no problems and no trying

A couple of years ago I was in the best shape of my life until I had an accident. Now i'm very out of shape but while recovering I am limited as to what I can do when I comes to exersize. Albeit the last three weeks I havent done much but dropped just shy of 2 stone in the eight weeks prior.
