Not usually but my regular partner smokes and kisses me while I'm sucking his cock. The taste isn't that strong and he always smells lovely,which may make a difference. I think it depends on how many cigarettes you smoke,which brand and your oral hygiene regime. Which has reminded me of the smoker's toothpaste my parents used to use; I think it was called Eucryl.

When I use to smoke I did get really paranoid about kissing someone after I just had a cig. I would always have a mint or mouthwash and wait a bit before kissing x
