Do the Body Shop still do sage and comfrey lotion? That was the best spot reducer ever. I used to get the occasional massive one on my forehead. I now have a fringe so no-one ever knows.

Use a cleaning cream and leave it over night. Then using a disinfected pin, break the skin and use a hair clip to extract. I do this and it stops scaring and the prolonged fact that there is an infected milia on your head

Tea tree oil or toothpaste will soothe it a bit.

You're not alone though OP - I never had acne as a teen, but I still get some proper nasty spots now.

Put some sudocrem on it overnight and if gets too painful, soak a clean flannel in really hot water as hot as can bare and place on spot .will make it easier to pop x
