When people offer you drinks do they say "would you like a short? or...a not quite so short?"

10 points if you know what episode of what series that is from (-10 points if you google it ... +10 points off top of your head).

I googled it and found nothing! I *think* it's from Fawlty Towers where there is a couple where the bloke is really tall and the woman is really tiny. Can't remember the name of the episode.
