Enchilada's as I have just cooked them for the kids and all of them have turned their noses up and said they dont like them!!!!

Me thinks there is a conspiracy and they are saving themselves for the pancakes later!!

Yum Yum Ill have some just mades some yummy savoury pankakes to go in the oven later with a chicken mushroom n leek in cheese sauce

It a mince with mexican spices (mild for the kids) Wrapped and rolled in a tortilla wrap. Placed in an oven dish covered in a salsa style tomato sauce and topped with cheese then baked
