sausage done in the oven, bacon on the grill. Tinned tomatoes, mushrooms deep fried and letting the side down a little. No egg, no bread, milky coffee.

Tomorrow I might add some grilled black pudding as a tasty treat

I tend to buy decent quality sausages. Black farmer aren't bad. Had some nice ones from ocado last week

I like good quality British produce when possible. It's difficult to get good quality British bacon from supermarkets. It's quite often Danish or Dutch produced which is quite frankly not as good.

Haverfordwest

Anyone else tried the 'marmalade on toast' yoghurt from Tesco? It sounds bizarre, but gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised that it actually tastes of marmalade as well as the actual flavour of the buttered piece of toasted bread too! And it's a yoghurt!

The raspberry doughnut flavoured yoghurt was ok, but the carrot cake flavoured yoghurt wasn't to my liking.

Beans should not be allowed near any breakfast, it's sacrilege I tell you! I'm on day 3 of my fitbit-monitored low-carb flab attack - hard boiled egg and a previously grilled and stashed lean rasher for me!
