I would. It's rural, Bristol isn't far for shopping and work is easy to get to. Do you like where you live?

I love where I live , away from the thick of it , but not in the middle of nowhere , on the coast with a spectacular view of the Lake District and surrounded by beautiful countryside

The town I live in has the dubious reputation of being the hotbed of drugs activity that ended up with them two police lasses being murdered.

A close neighbour was murdered by her bf in front of her 3 year old son, two other neighbours had firebombs thrown through their car windows for allegedly being involved in some sort of underage sex allegations.

Another lady was found murdered about 3 weeks ago ...

... and this is before we get on to the minor crimes

There isn't a night goes by that we don't hear the wail of sirens at least 3 times

And all this in a town of little more than 20,000 people at the last census

Very quiet part of rural Buckinghamshire. No traffic noise a horse is making its way along the hedgerow and the birds are singing the final chorus of the day. The sun is just disappearing below the woods above the village.

So if you like quiet and rural then you will love it here. If you like hussle not so much.

Good job prospects, easy access to loads of places, it's developing all the time but the downside is everywhere is so expensive to live.

Sounds like you're not far from me....

I'm in High Wycombe, been here 12 years. People knock it but I like living here. One big plus is that it's easy to get to anywhere from here, and it's always good to get back! It has its dodgy areas but so does any town.

Yes I would. House prices are still better than most places in the uk with plenty of green space on your doorstep.

We have an IMAX too now and they are really revamping the town centre.

I didn't always appreciate Telford as I'm not originally from here, but after spending time "darn sarrrf" I was grateful to be back.

Yep. Semi-rural 20 minutes from the beauty of the Peak District, less than 60 minutes from the Lake District. 30 minutes from Manchester, 45 minutes from Liverpool and Sheffield. Lovely town, 15 minutes from Manchester Airport and a short walk away from a beautiful place with breathtaking views, teaming with history and mystery. What's not to love?

No. Majority are all fakes, or pretenders. A few months ago they were man.u. Chelsea, Liverpool, man city fans; but now they're all Leicester fans. Don't trust anyone that pretends for the hype, or follows the glory.

I love where I live - would only move to Edinburgh to be near my family.

Currently have everything on my doorstep - 2 junctions of M6, train station, outstanding schools (that kids walk to!). I'm 3 miles from town centre where I work & 2 miles from countryside. I just wish they'd finish replacing all the water pipes soon as 18 months of roadworks is getting tiring.

has been for years, but biggest problem, has three motorway junctions on m4. any problems then Reading is gridlocked.. it can take in rush hour. from m4 j11 to other side Reading town centre one hour, which is three miles, i have lived in Reading all my life so far . best thing is so easy to get into countryside.from most m4 Reading junctions

Good transport links into London and parts of the home counties. Not a massive crime rate (for London) some real "characters" but the town centre is a bit dull and run down, nightlife is a bit poor and it's pretty expensive.
