Ive given up trying to get to bed at a resonable hour. Otherwise i just lies there...looking at the ceiling .

i never sleep at this time so wait till body ready and go nightmare innit not sleeping grrr thanks god for sleep tablets lol

I dont get it I still will be up early. I even watch crappy movies but i end up getting into them lol

went to bed at 10.30 last night up at 4.30 this morning. Did not need to get up until now!!!! ie 5.41!
