After a stressful day at work, I like nothing better than changing into comfy clothes and winding down in the garden. How do you "destress" after a bad day?

Titz Towers, North Notts

I don't get stress, but I'm off out to a gig tonight so I'm pretty chirpy

I have a glass of wine/tea/coffee/juice, a chat with my family, cook/eat dinner, snuggle up to hubby. Perfect life

Jump on the mountain bike and go get a load of fresh air, plus it's very peaceful this time of night where I go riding. There's apparently quite a few local dogging spots dotted around but never bumped into anybody having fun while I've been out.

Either get out on the horses or stick on some music and dance around like a plonker

I climb trees and spy on people relaxing in their gardens...

I dont have a stressful day , I makes sure its jolly stress free.

Home walking gear on and a wander through the woods and hillsides with pooch.

Peace and quiet and beautiful views

Perfecto

Into the dojo, train, study, teach, meditate, research, contemplate.
