So I'm spaced out on pain killers but they aren't taking the pain away

Is there anything I can do to un knot all the muscles in my legs ? Can't hardly walk

( too much naughtys )

Legs are so stiff sob sob sob dog can't even sit on my knee as hurts too much

I think you need to stretch out the muscles, I'm no physio though.

Maybe lie on your back and peddle your legs in the air, take it slowly...

Nice long soak in a hot bath usually does the trick for me.

Muscles work best when they are warm or heated. Try heating some massage oil and rubbing it deep within the muscles until the skin has absorbed it xx
