I'm at deaths door! I can't stop sneezing! This is the worst it's ever been, no other year has come close.

If anyone else is suffering do you also think it's a lot worse? I can't take any more antihistamines!

I think I have developed hay fever !

Had the occasional reaction before but just a day here and there but really bad at the moment.

Sniffles, sinus pain, itchy watery eyes that just want to close

Going to try eye drops next

Also had a medication called Dymista recommended but think it's prescription only

Have suffered since I was about five years old. Normally only take my tablets few times during hay fever season. This year it has been bad for the last four weeks.

Get a steroid nasal spray. Prescription strength. You can pick one up in Boots, Superdrug etc.

Work much better than the tablets.

It's definitely worse this year, I've travelled around the country a fair bit so far and it's awful everywhere. Piriton only works a little bit. Sunglasses stop me crying.

Essex.

If it's really bad I take a 24 hour tablet every 12 for a couple of days and find nasal spray really helps with eyes as well as sneezing etc...
