Maybe becuase it's been a long winter and we are fed up being cold? lol - just made a big batch of morello cherries dipped in chocolate and doing a cheery and almomd tart for later....mmmmm

Should have been at my place yesterday then, three chefs and a farmer....the bbq was delicious....wont tell you though you'd be licking the screen.

I worked in a chocolate shop years ago when I was back home in Canada so can totally understand how you feel...used to make handmade chocolates all week...I remember the worst was trying to cover all the corperate orders we had for christmas...the week before Christmas I worked 80 hrs...could not stomach eating the stuff for months after...just in time for easter and the craziness to start again...lol

One of my best selling choc slabs is honey roast cashews or salted Macadameia nuts in Belgian Milk...some people do love a bit of sweet and savoury mixed....not my idea of perfection though.

I got banned from there years ago when on a lunch time it says you can eat all you want for a fiver. Well I took 2 lunch boxes with me too to fill up. I was a poor student them lol
