Just home from hosting it in a gay bar in Camden. What a bland year!!

Hardly any dancers, minimal camp, everyone looked the same, all a bit safe. Sweden's Euro parody bit was hilarious though.

New voting system is brilliant. The bar lost it's shit when Ukraine pulled ahead. Spain and France were robbed mind

Yay! I voted for Ukraine.

Re comments on Australia, the contest has nothing to do with the EU or even being in Europe apparently. The contest is a product of the European Broadcasting Union which any country that broadcasts programmes to European countries can apply ad become members of. They made a big thing about the States watching it this year so I am guessing they are new members this year but failed to get to the final. I may be wrong on that so if anyone knows feel free to post.
