Need help in chosing a corset

To all you corset wearers out there I am toying with the idea of buying one but have no idea which type to go for where the best place:site - to be honest I had no idea how many types there are! I'm prepared to pay a fair bit of money to get the right one and would appreciate any advice pretty please x

I really like Corset Boulevard. Their steel boned ones come in all sorts of different hip widths and lengths. The new What Katy Did range are beautiful as well but I haven't splashed out on one of those yet.

Corset Deal is a good site .... a very large range of different styles and colours, including some leather and quite a lot of steam punk inspired corsets if you like that look. They also do a 'first corset' collection which are apparently a bit more flexible and comfortable than the traditional boned variety. Think the quality is very good for a reasonable price and might therefore be a good place to start before paying for something more expensive?

I wish I could shake off the anxious/claustrophobic feeling when wearing one. I've bought 3 now, at a considerable cost, and had to cut all of them off as I couldn't untie them quickly enough.

I got mine off amazon...

its steel boned and really good quality... (and was only £12)

I just used the size guide for corsets on love honey and when it came it fitted perfectly

and remember if it meets on the back its too big for u u need to have it open down ur back cris crossed with the ties x

Sounds like you laced them too tight. Start off with very loose lacing until you get used to the feel of wearing one.. Then slowly build up the tightness.

Try and underbust corset first, you have large breast, like me and I find it hard to find ones that fit my breasts in that are not too big on my waist.

They didn't make you any slimmer,but they kept the Fat fresh

I only have my red corset. It has steel in it.. not bad quality at all and got it on Amazon for a tenner! Study the size guides though.. Mines an xxxl and I'm an 18 top.

Oh god how true, I bought a corset from China, ordered it in my size and when I came it looked tiny, I got my daugher who is a size 8 to try it on and it was a bit tight for her, ridiculous sizing

I've bought from corsets-uk.com when with the ex wife and she was 44J.

Found both under and overbust to fit her no problem.

Cheap enough to try a few different styles and types, always got offers on too.

Hope this is useful OP as you'd look incredible in a corset

Corset deal do some really good quality corsets at great prices, I've had a few corset dresses off there had a burlesque one the other week, some are beautiful, I always say make sure they have steel bones as the plastic ones start moulding to your shape after a while
