I'm not too clever

I've been doing this workout for a while now and I think I've pulled a muscle in my shoulder.

I was showing my husband where it hurts and as I flexed my arm, I said, "Oh that's weird, look, my arm goes in there where it hurts, and then out?"

I was thinking I'd seriously damaged myself!

My husband gave me the look he often gives me, and said patiently "No, that's the top of your bicep".

OMFG I now have a bicep that I can feel when I flex it!

I actually cried.

I've never had noticeable biceps before.

Husband though it was hilarious.

I was hurting a lot. It hurt when I pressed my shoulder, hurt when I pressed my thigh, hurt when I pressed my knee...turned out I had a broken finger

Haha they aren't really visible yet mr toy. But you can feel where they start now. It's a bit creepy!
