Costa Blanca Spain...

I liken Eurovision to that old TV soap "Prisoner Cell Block H" You know, the Australian one with wobbly scenery and wooden acting that made Crossroads look like the Royal Shakespeare Company.

It was so bad it was good in a quirky sort of way.

Just like Eurovision.

Germany are always in the Eurovision - they're one of the "big five" who pay the most towards it (alongside France, Italy, Spain, and the UK), so the "big five" go straight through to the final, along with the Winner from the previous year.
