I read them for about a month before posting.

And occasionally get sent to the naughty step which effectively makes them read-only again!

For me they have.

I've learned that I'm way more patient & tolerant than I thought I was I've also learnt a much more postive way of putting my views across & not to dismiss straight away what I don't understand.
