I have viewed them and the ones that seem to be successful have one photo and a dad body like mine I must say.I think I look like a poser and too many pics....what do you think fabbers?

Your pictures are fine and appealing as they're tasteful. I prefer a "dad bod" type body as I (wrongfully) consider overly athletic a little vain. More men seem to have similar body types as you on here, so I guess they're successful due to the sheer volume.

I would have loads of suits as I like the way they look and different styles you can get, But I just don't look right in them, I think you need to be a certain build and be tall to pull the look off

Have you tried going for a proper fitting at a tailor? Choosing a suit can take hours as there's so many different styles. Your body type looks like it'd suit a normal slim cut, single breasted with a peak lapel. Single button if you're not so tall, 2 if you're average height.

Yeh that's a problem with suit trends. They do change very often, but a decent slim fit one should be timeless (kinda like how a decent tux or DJ is timeless)

I honestly think a lot of emphasis is put upon profiles when in reality as long as it's not ridiculously bad then it's the person, and their will to get out and look for what they want, that I think will be the main thing. Don't worry too much OP.

It's not about the profile to be frank, put up something that is you and then just get yourself known. There is no recipe for success just effort. If you put together all of the forum guys that do well the unifying aspect is personality and effort
