This does have a high level of support through the videos - good option for ppl too shy to go the gym. The two people I know didnt see any major results but you wont in that time scale. Really you need 6 months to see real change." Any decent training regime undertaken three times a week will show improvement after three weeks | |||

Thats when muscular development starts to occur. If you start showing big changes after 3 weeks only training thrice a week then why the fuck arent you a world famous competitor? | |||
