Is being unable to ejaculate a turn-off?

Bit of a sensitive subject for me and I never know when/how to bring it up, but ever since I had a spinal injury a few years ago, the ejaculatory reflex doesn't work. I can orgasm, just without anything 'produced', although strangely I can have multiple orgasms. Sorry for the really weird post, I know this is unusual and just want your thoughts on whether it's turn-off/would put you off etc? Be as honest as you like, I really don't mind!

I can relate to this after my back injury I've got delayed ejaculation so can take me a while to finish. Have to finish myself off aswell most of the time unless it really vigorous! Sometimes i can get a bit knackered an don't even finish the ladies don't complain though. I just let them know that's it not them it's me with a medical condition. Don't worry about it mate they wont complain when you give them multiple orgasms much better than being a premature ejaculator!
