With the advent of Tinder, POF, Match .com et al. Is the traditional method of finding sex/relationship dead. Are the days of going out on a friday saturday night to a pub/club, catching the eye of a man/woman and then making conversation, hoping it might lead to something naughty Gone.

You see more and more younger people on these sites/apps than ever before. Have we got lazy or is it just easier to swipe right.

Dating is just the same, it's the method that we find our dates had changed

All for the better, as far as I can see, as you can get to meet someone from a much larger selection of people, and also maybe those whom you might find more compatible in what your liking for

Not at all.

The traditional method works best for me although despite being on POF et al for some time I haven't really put much effort into it.

Both have their place.

I don't know anyone who met their other half from a night out.

They've all met either at university, at work or online dating apps.

The couples I know met at University or work, not on a night out or online dating.

Although none if my friends are actually married, they've just been dating for ages...

i met my ex partners at work or online or they lived near me (yes i've been out with a lot of guys lol). only ever had one night stands from nights out.

i fancy trying something different though to online, but i don't drink so don't enjoy pubs and there doesn't seem to be anywhere else to go.

But isnt it sad that people dont meet whilst out and about. I know in my younger days there was nothing more ball tingling than receiving a little smile across a crowded bar from a lovely female.. Maybe i am just old fashioned....
