Welcome to feeble shoulderville. I've done both AC and Rotators, aggressive overloads, and loose form, learn the lesson from the already broken.

I did mine when a spotter were too busy looking at someone boobs, and didn't notice me losing it in a squat. Should've just dropped the bar :/

I only do behind the neck up to about 40kg, beyond that I use a smith.

Hopefully you'll heal quickly and no serious damage

Pretty silly to suggest that jogging is a risk free way of keeping fit and superior to weight training...

It happens to us all mate. Had a multitude of minor injuries over the 20 plus years of weight training but nothing too serious. Don't listen to the joggers either , it's not as bad on the tendons and muscle groups but your knees will take a hammering.

Bit of time off or even better, work around your injuries.

Try swimming. Sitting on your arse makes your back hurt.

A BNP canvasser knocked on my door,I told him my boyfriend is black and he apologised and left. Easier to get rid of than I thought.

I'd probably do myself more damage jogging than anything else.. Two black eyes and boob strain
