i've been chatting to the kik bot on there. it gave me prizes once so i carried on chatting to it, the next day it gave me nothing so i ignore it now.

kiks alright, it's just free texting. i don't give it out though, not into trading pics any more. or being woken up in the middle of the night by people.

Yes.

We meet at Chams so there's not always a need to give out phone numbers.

Although we are in the process of arranging a meet at Chams with a lovely sexy man but cus I can't meet just yet we have exchanged numbers to build up to the meet and we now have a friendship going which is lovely

I use my mobile for work so would be a bit reluctant to give my number out to everyone, Kik is simple to use and I would only give it to people from fab so I wouldn't get messages mixed up with family friends etc,

Although the random messages from people I don't know can be a nuisance at times

I would however I would need to of had a decent amount of chat on here to ensure I believed they were genuine... There are "single" people who don't want to run the risk of messages/calls coming in at inconvenient times.....

This is not a problem just be honest about it people will understand or walk away..

Had a woman who was o my prepared to call me withholding their number on the day she was genuine she was where she said she would be all was fine she was just very keen to protect her privacy

If u have ur contacts synced or Have your number stored on your Facebook account and you do give out your number you need to untick the "make me searchable by my contact number" or something to that effect.

Haha I remember asking the kik bot if the guy I was dating would ever make me his girlfriend and the bot said his technology isn't advanced enough to answer me yet but one day it will be!

You and me both, much prefer WhatsApp for ease of use, user interface look etc etc, unfortunately Kik is a necessary evil sometimes.

Personally I always used to give out my mobile number, always found it helped sort the genuines from the fakes more.

Only ever had one bad experience from it and had to change my number after being repeatedly harrassed/stalked by phone.
