I have been attending eye clinic every 6 months for 2 1/2 years now my last appointment was on Wednesday, today I received a letter for my next, addressed to the Parent/Guardian of......I'm 48 years old lol

As it happens my upstairs neighbour did, it had been delivered to them by mistake and they though it was for one of their kids
