I have prickly heat all over

I've had to take my bra off at work, and my daughter told me to dye my hair green cause I look like a tomato (a strawberry would have been kinder).

These guys have never batted an eyelid. Many a time I've gotten changed in the office and they carry on talking about programming, gaming and radio frequencies

For prickly heat take a hay fever tablet ie Piriton to stop itching, also calamine lotion dabbed on with cotton wool to sooth the burning & take the redness away, eer won't advise doing this at work you mite get funny looks as it dries on your skin pale pink, although you can also get it in a cream that you cud use at work, hope this helps...

Let's hope you don't get turned on at work or you might have someone's eyes out

Been the same working as a chef this heat gets too much when the ovens are kicking out well over 100 degrees and there's no getting away from it, gone commando the last 4 days no one notices a thing
