Thanks, yes it makes me think of the TCM condition 'damp heat', lol, I don't do well in warm muggy weather, I hate the tropics.

Chest infection & colitis not a gud combination, liquid only diet for 3days. On the plus side not eating much I've lost ½ stone in a week

I am but when I have my mask off during the day I prefer the sun. When it rains it makes everything miserable from your mood when you're soaked, to traffic coming to a stand still.

I had an anti-inflammatory yesterday (I'm on rations),so I feel better today but still throbbing all over. Can't have cake I've just found out I have a wedding in July and have to get into a size 18 dress. I figured if I manage it I'll aim for a size 16 by my birthday in October.
