It's because sweat is slightly alkaline which turns the fluff blue.

Nope, it probably has nothing to do with the alkaline content of sweat. And even if that was the case then the only way it would turn blue is if you've stuffed your trousers with litmus paper recently.

It's more likely to do with underwear and trouser colouring as fibres tend to migrate upwards towards the navel. Most people wearing jeans would tend to have blue belly button fluff.

That's because dogs used to eat a raw diet with real bones. The white was the bones that they'd eaten and digested. Now they eat packaged stuff so you don't see it.

Some people feed their dogs raw as it's fashionable again (and supposed to be healthier for the dog) and they have white dog poo.

So you might see some. I don't recommend looking too hard for it though. That's a bit weird.

And sweat is generally acidic anyway.

The fluff under my beds and sofas is blue too; I'm pretty sure my floors don't sweat

I found out why my little puffs of bum song don't smell, that was a mystery to me for a long time.

I've never had it. I think it is something to do with jeans as I don't wear them

Is probably because your stomach is hairless. So the fibres can't catch on to your hairs.

Common carriers are "middle aged slightly overweight males with hairy stomachs"
