"So we all lose the plot our little darlings are the biggest and best, can smile at a week old when we all know its wind. An accidental move of the hand and where telling everyone to wave. Well jays grandson is exactly a year old. His daughter rang to say he had said his first word. Mummy? Daddy? No he said dangerous. Me and jay are still laughing laughing as this is a really intelligent woman" Yes, but it really could be true, if something going on was dangerous, couldn't it?

"My daughter is 5 and still non verbal so I'd take anything ![]() We feel your pain...Our son was non verbal (until an amazing nursery teacher picked up on him) and never spoke properly until about 4. He's the reason the whole school now learns Makaton from nursery upwards and all assemblies are now 'signed'. Not that you'd ever know he was a non talker as he never shuts up now ![]()
