Removing hair dye from my hair line

Lol have just coloured my hair have gone brunette not gone this dark before whats the best way to remove hair dye from my hair line. Whats the best tip.

if you still have some of the colour left in the bottle, put some on some cotton wool and rub it in then wipe of straight away - colour removes colour according to a hairdresser friend of mine

probably it works on fake tan lol

also maybe fairy liquid as you can strip colour out of your hair by washing it with that

tis true..best way is to rub the hair into the skin whilst the colour is still in

Hope its gone before I get my spunk tomz lol and I dont like spunk in my eyes lol stings. I got it out with cleansing wipes and a little nail varmish remover can still see a little but will get it out tomz with shampoo

doesn't work brilliantly as it does still leave a mark and especially if the hair dye was particularly dark.

Best way without question of a doubt is more tint and tint removes tint. Although might not remove it so easily now with it being washed off.

For future, when removing, add a touch of water to your dye and rub it all in, making sure you go around your hair line and then rinse thoroughly and shampoo etc.

I usually get a piece of cotton wool and warm water and remove it as soon as I've finished putting the colour on, water will work then.

oh bless, i usually fling bits of hair dye round the bathroom, theres some on the pull light string, a stain on the window sill, and yes all round my head but there is a solution

Get an appointment with the hairdresser, might be expensive but saves all that staining and re-decorating the bathroom

Best to put vasaline on your hairline before dyeing. I used to use nail varnish remover to get any stains out. I was red for about 8 years lol now gone blonde so dont need to use the vasaline n polish remover any more lol

Lol agree there used to look like Id chopped my head off when I used to wash out the red dye plus the red stained towels pillow cases etc etc lol hubby always used to say go to the hairdressers to do it but id rather pay a fiver instead of £40 +
