there have been calls to build a micro refinery at the oil terminal here on the island.....wonder if it'll ever happen??

Not sure what the prices are on the mainland anymore....but used to fill up twice a week...happily it is just about impossible to do that many miles a week here so just filling up twice a month now

Paid 123.9 yesterday.....just a mile along the road it was 129.9

I thought that David Cameron promised to freeze the fuel duty escalator in his pre election ramblings?

Maybe he needs the extra money to pay for the 'No Fly Zone' he is proposing over Libya?

Cameron (and Clegg) promised a lot of things which will never see the light of day.

Cameron's much touted 'No Fly Zone' is another. Mrs Clinton has told him he's on his own on that one.

The Arab League has straightened out 'Dave' and Hague this morning, they have told him they will enforce any No Fly zone if that is what is needed, good for them.

I think we should all start using horse and carriage again.

Sell the horse shite for gardners or grow ya own and fertilise them with said horse muck.

Saving money too

I think they'd rather keep it 'in house' than allow another Western force onto Arab soil, figuratively speaking.

It's a shame Mrs Clinton didn't enforce her on 'no fly' zone on her husband's trousers a while back - he wouldn't have been able to get his trousers off!
