Weekend break with private hot tub

It's our 25th anniversary this July, and looking to spoil ourselves, can anyone recommend anywhere that offers private hot tubs, we've looked online and are a bit overwhelmed with all the different places, so, anyone who has been to said place they're recommending would be great.

Oh don't really wanna travel too far out the north west as we will be leaving the kids to fend for themselves.
