saw a thing on jamie oliver once about freezing grapes - mouth sized portions of insant sorbets

am yet to try it though as my freezer is full og pig head and legs

Well done you I dont thik I will give up as I enjoy it never wake up craving a fag first smoke of the day is after lunch but have cut right down to 5 a day. I smoke more when Im out with a beer though.
