Fucking hayfever season is upon us and I'm about to scratch my eye out!!

I hate it as all the itching and sniffling makes me feel like a scrotty mare. My eye is all red and now I can't wear my contacts for parkrun, I hate wearing my glasses when I run...they make me slower lol

I have to wear gloves and safty glasses at work for health and safety and not allowed to take them off so I can't wipe my nose or rub my eyes unless I go to change rooms x

Try a nasal spray, I find it really helps with my eyes as well as my nose...

I'm a snuffly pollen hater too, as is Number One Chap. Right pair of sickly children we are!! Atchooooo.

Snuffles no. Sneezing no. Conjunctibloodyvitis yes ! Same every spring. Lasts about a month. Yellow gunk everyday , red eyes , and burning.
